Dear Prospective Renters,
We love our house but are leaving for a sabbatical from January through July of 2015.
We're twenty minutes from FSU, thirty from FAMU and TCC.  Located next to a beautiful state park with nature trails around a lake for hiking and biking.  Five minutes from best gym and yoga, Trader Joe's, Fresh Market, Tally's best restaurants and hundreds of boutiques.

We have a backyard pool and don't suggest you rent unless your children are strong swimmers.  Other than that, this is a fabulous home for non-pet families.  4 bedrooms, one of which is presently an office with a queen sized Murphy bed, 3 full baths, decks with shade, grill, fireplace, beautiful neighborhood in great school district, and yes, a really sweet pool.
